As a Behavioral Health Technician, you will play a pivotal role in supporting clinical staff and delivering compassionate care to patients experiencing various mental health conditions, ranging from mood disorders to severe psychiatric illnesses. You may operate in diverse settings, such as inpatient psychiatric hospitals, partial hospitalization programs, residential treatment facilities, and outpatient clinics. Key Responsibilities include: Patient Care and Safety, Therapeutic Activities and Group Facilitation, Milieu Management, Documentation and Report Writing, Team Collaboration, Treatment Plan Implementation, Client Education and Empowerment, Discharge Planning and Aftercare Coordination, and Self-Care and Resilience. Education and/or Experience Qualifications: High School diploma or GED. Additional Qualifications: A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle, strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, compassion, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others.
