Job Overview of Clinician-Bilingual Spanish-H1B Visa Sponsorship - Clinic Based Yonkers The Bilingual (Spanish) Clinic-Based Clinician provides direct clinical services (evaluations, assessments, treatment, individual, family and group therapy) as the primary clinician to assigned clients as part of a multidisciplinary team in the provision of comprehensive mental health services. Essential Duties of Clinician-Bilingual Spanish-H1B Visa Sponsorship - Clinic Based Yonkers Key duties of this position include, but are not limited to, the following: Develops and implements clinically appropriate treatment plans and all related documentation for client records Provides a minimum of 25 billable hours per week of psychotherapy to clients and their families using individual, group, family intervention as well as other agency approved evidenced-based treatment modalities, including off-site visits Promotes integrated, person-centered care Generates and monitor proper communication with internal and external stakeholders (i.e., schools, protective services, etc.) and maintains records of communications Serves as an after hours clinician as scheduled on a rotating basis Maintains knowledge of OMH regulations as they relate to clinical practice Essential Qualifications of Clinician-Bilingual Spanish-H1B Visa Sponsorship - Clinic Based Yonkers Key qualifications include: Licensed or license-eligible professional (LMSW, LMHC, LMFT) NYS- LMSW or (LCSW preferred) Bilingual Spanish -Speak-Read-Write Relevant clinical experience with children, adolescent and families Knowledge of and experience with multiple modalities and evidence-based Interventions Strong computer skills, with knowledge of electronic health record systems Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to meet session productivity standards Benefits of Clinician-Bilingual Spanish-H1B Visa Sponsorship - Clinic Based Yonkers Generous PTO, 4 weeks of vacation, floating holidays, holidays, personal and sick time Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Benefits 401(k) Employer Contributions Tuition Reimbursement Aflac Benefits Flex Spending Accounts Employer Paid STD, LTD and Life Insurance Professional Development Physical/Travel Requirements Physical/Travel Requirements Must have ability to reach, walk, sit for long periods of time, climb stairs, bend, lift up to 20lbs Able to travel; Driver's license required The employee must be able to meet these requirements with or without a reasonable accommodation.
