As a Nurse Manager, you will be accountable for the 24/7 operations of your unit(s) and lead the team in delivering high-quality, compassionate care. You’ll foster an environment where healing and wellness are prioritized, ensuring the core values of our organization are realized for both patients and caregivers. You will manage caregiver engagement, optimize resources, and guide your team through a complex, changing environment within the Adult Psych setting.
