Are you hungry to control your income and build a real career? Nuvii is seeking motivated and competitive Sales Representatives to join our growing smart home security team. We are a top-performing ADT Authorized Dealer offering Google Nest-powered solutions, and we’re expanding fast.
What You’ll Do:
Knock doors or engage warm leads to generate interest
Perform in-home or virtual consultations
Recommend and close smart home security packages
Educate homeowners on ADT monitoring and Google Nest technology
Track performance and hit sales goals
Provide great customer service and follow-up
What You Get:
Commission per deal: $300–$700+ (no cap!)
Base salary eligibility after reaching a consistent sales milestone
Performance bonuses + daily/weekly contests
Growth track to Team Lead and VP-level roles
Paid training, leadership mentoring, and company support
ADT-branded gear, Google product demos, and marketing tools
Requirements:
Positive attitude, coachable, and driven to succeed
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Previous sales or door-to-door experience is a plus (not required)
Must have reliable transportation and smartphone
Must pass a background check
