Leidos Dig Mod Health IT division is seeking a Systems Integrator for a large network services opportunity supporting a Health Agency in Montgomery County, MD. The Systems Integrator will be part of a team that supports a multi-faceted large-scale enterprise network. System Integrators are responsible for the integration stools and systems for management reporting and/or network engineering monitoring and reporting tools. Coordination across internal functional groups within the program as well as external vendors and Customers may be required.
Primary Responsibilities
Provide on-site support to the health agency in MD.
Overseeing requirement changes including user requirements, acceptance criteria, functional and non-functional requirements.
Develop Dashboards to provide an executive level overview of the services being provided with the capability to “drill-down” from Task Area Status to individual KPIs, SLAs and metrics. Dashboard Report for the services being provided.
Develop Dashboards to provide data based on the user’s role within the organization. Data collection and input shall be automated whenever practical and feasible and could require connectivity with other enterprise tools (e.g., ServiceNow, SharePoint, etc.).
Managing complex systems throughout their life cycles and integrating various components, subsystems, or processes.
Connecting and integrating disparate software, hardware, or other systems into a single unified system.
Using software tools to automate the execution of tests on software applications or systems.
Identifying and resolving technical issues that arise within a complex system or network infrastructure.
Analyzes current and technical processes to formulate and develop new and modified business information processing systems and identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
Duties include coordinating with business and technology teams to ascertain system requirements, such as program functions, output requirements, input data acquisition, execution of user acceptance, and may coordinate testing and system controls.
Works to achieve key project/program objectives and deliverables within specified contract SLAs and delivery schedules.
Responsible for entire projects or processes spanning multiple technical areas. Manages large projects or processes with moderate impact on the achievement of sub-family results.
Develops solutions to complex technical issues and problems that impact multiple area or disciplines.
Regularly employs ingenuity and creativity to develop new technical solutions and systems to achieve functional objectives.
Communicates with internal team members across multiple areas and client team members. May communicate with parties external to the organization (e.g., sub-contractors, vendors, etc.). Works to influence project/team leaders regarding solution design, process and/or approaches.
Support the creation and delivery of SLA definition, analysis and reporting
Support the development and delivery of contract deliverable documentation, reports, plans and analysis
Analyzes and maps the risks, issues with opportunities and proposes mitigation solutions.
Develop training plans, SOPs, knowledge articles relevant to group technical focus areas
Research, evaluate, and stay current on emerging tools, techniques, and technologies including cloud services.
Basic Qualifications
AI Programming with Python
UI/UX Developer experience
Sharepoint administrator experience
Requires expert knowledge of and ability to apply advanced technical principles, theories, and concepts.
Experience evaluating business needs and requirements to identify appropriate solutions.
Experience applying an iterative approach to project or program delivery; this includes adapting to changing requirements, fostering collaboration, and rapidly delivering high quality solutions.
Understanding the collection, processing, and evaluation of data to generate actionable insights and forecasts for decision making.
Demonstrated ability for oral and written communication with the highest levels of management and delivery of required reports in accordance with formal contractual agreements
Strong leadership skills in delivering technical presentations and reports for leadership and customer communication
Experience handling on-call escalation and communication for executive leadership and critical incident management
Experience executing process improvement for large scale programs
BS degree in Computer science, and 8-12 years of relevant experience or Masters 6-10 years relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of supporting formal change management processes using an ITSM platform such as ServiceNow
Experience with scripting languages and automation using infrastructure as code
Experience acting as a deputy to an IT departmental manager, assisting with technical strategy, operational execution, and personnel development
Demonstrated leadership experience, including task and change delegation within a network operations environment
Hybrid multi-cloud networking experience
Active ITILv4, Agile, PMP Certification
Six Sigma Certification
