We are currently seeking a talented and entrepreneurial Producer/Wealth Advisor to join a leading Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) firm. This is a fully remote position that offers the opportunity to work with high-net-worth clients while enjoying the flexibility of remote work.

Position Overview:
We are looking for experienced and entrepreneurial private wealth advisors with a passion for servicing high-net-worth clients. We currently have opportunities in Florida, Georgia, Texas, and California. Our firm offers a fully-integrated service model with shared infrastructure, comprehensive solutions, and a strong emphasis on practice management, investment strategies, and thought leadership. Advisors will have access to alternative investments and sophisticated planning strategies, backed by in-house specialists, ensuring clients receive holistic financial support.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow business relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional service and personalized strategies.
Develop and implement customized wealth management plans tailored to each client's unique financial goals and needs.
Actively pursue new clients through networking, referrals, and outreach efforts, contributing to business expansion.
Foster relationships with prospective clients to increase conversion rates and drive new business growth.
Qualifications:
Transferable book of business with a minimum of $25 million in assets under management (AUM).
Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to business development and client acquisition.
Proven success in building and managing a profitable book of business, with strong client retention and revenue growth.
Strong ethical standards, compliance with industry regulations, and commitment to best practices.
Highly professional work ethic and excellent communication skills.
