Great Opportunity! Hiring Now for a Customer Service Representatives in Irvine, CA for an Automotive Electronics Company!

$20.00 - $22.00 per hour depending on experience

What you will do:

• First point of contact via phone and email to provide a positive customer experience
• Identifying clients' needs based on individual calls, emails and resolving in a timely manner
• Identify and communicate product issues and customer concerns to company employees for improving our products and processes
• Logging service tickets
• Ability to multitask and balance answering emails and phone calls each day

Qualifications :

• 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service in a call center environment
• Helpdesk experience candidates welcome to apply!
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
• Available to work On-site 100%
